There is no right or wrong; there is only sorrow and relief from sorrow.
Anyone who performs karma will receive the consequences of their actions. If you do good deeds, such as giving to charity, you will gain merit, which nourishes your heart. You do not need to involve a third person, as they should feel ashamed if they have virtue and ottappa and be afraid of committing a sin. However, if it has already happened, forgiveness is the only way to move forward. Please refrain from worsening the situation by letting wickedness drive you to do something dishonest. This story is not about who is right or wrong or who is with whom or who will leave. It raises a deeper question - who will get out of suffering faster? Who will be freed from the suffering of hypocrisy sooner? If you want to solve this problem with the right views, you must close the gates of hell. If you still think your husband loves his children, then talk to him honestly and negotiate. If he loves his children, he will take care of them. Litigation is a matter of law, and if it does not raise awareness, you will only receive money to raise your children, but your children may not have a father who is responsible for them. Let's talk about the heart - if you approach this situation with a mother's heart, you can get the father's heart to take responsibility. This approach may be better for the child's heart.
